Lucy's Dream Spa

The quality of this place has went down tremendously. The owner had me waiting outside for her arrival for 45 mins. I made an appointment a day in advance and placed my credit card on file. She then rushed me in. The energy was off and the hospitality was horrible. I used to love this place. I will not be going back.

We should have listened to our gut. The location said it all. Lucy's dream spa upon first arriving seems to be a legitimate spa-decor, entrance is open, you can see into the establishment. However, once we were escorted to the back room-we were immediately told to undress. We weren't directed to the lockers or offered a robe- it was evident Lucy's isn't accustom to catering to two people that are JUST looking for a Massage....
We asked for the locker rooms and robes.
They provided towels instead.

The massage was good however during the massage I felt a vibration which was a cell phone which the masseuse answered provided hours and pricing.
Shortly after she runs off in the middle of my massage to answer the door. EXTREMELY unprofessional!! We we're shorted on our time and will never return. BEWARE!! So much for a Zen, peaceful massage.

Excellent spa with great prices. Lucy does a great job and very professional. I would highly recommend

I had an unpleasant experience from the start.
1) She uncovered me when she walked in and then argued with me about being partially covered!!! That is unethical in the industry. I'm a massage therapist of 11 years.
2) She spoke about my uterus and how it was not healthy for children! So unethical is the field!
3) She did not address my PHYSICAL ISSUES much at all. Was mostly weird talk about my pain and connection to emotions.
4) She disrobed me several times until I basically just gave up. I felt bullied into being completely naked! After too much time being exposed and touched in a way that made me feel uncomfortable performing mostly abdominal work, I just covered myself and said I don't like this. Then she was upset with me and said "What do you want the?"
5) When she did the actual bodywork it hurt! Too much poking pressure in sensitive areas such as my arms and small muscle attachments in the legs.
6) She answered the phone during the session and chatted with a friend about school and dinner plans.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND and feel like this type of business is not following ethical and moral guidelines that are set by massage therapy boards.

I am an old pro re a variety of massage techniques and have never found one to cure my chronic pain....UNTIL YESTERDAY!

Lucy employs a unique method for clearing one's Chi, which may sound hokey - but, I can assure you that you will leave feeling amazing!

I have had surgeries, pain blocks, etc...

This proves the best I felt in decades!

The space reveals a surprisingly large full-service venue - massage, nails, facials, infrared sauna, steam, etc...

Highly recommend!

I love this place. Totally legit massages from lucy or anyone else she has working. Clean facility, professional staff. If you don't want the clinical experience you'll get at a place like massage envy, go here for sure. The membership is a good deal if you go more than once a month as well.

Hi everyone. Lucy gives the best message I've ever had. She listens to your concerns and applies those little strong hands. She has always been there for me and she's a good cook too. Go see her. Amazing facials too.

I have always loved coming here for a real massage. This isn't the other Asian massage parlors you see, Lucy and her team are very professional Clean, beautiful facility with a steam room and big wooden soaking tubs. Perfect low cost place.

Hubby wanted to try out this place for massage after I read aloud Mr. Sean's intriguing review. Lol! All I wanted for myself was a little foot reflexology special. Little did I know my technician would be .......Lucy..........

I reclined in the cooshy recliner she sat me in. She was running around a bit tending to a stray customer, answering the phone, helping the one other technician who she said was relatively new.....I really didn't mind since we did just show up out of nowhere.....but I didn't know it was .......Lucy.......


After having me soak my feet in a plastic lined wooden barrel (nice sanitary practice), she settled in, asked me a few questions, and instantly assessed the foot massage would be worthless. In her best broken English she pretty much explained to me in biomechanical terms that I needed to be on a table and if it didn't help me, it would be gratis.........oh ok, lady I'll take the up sale....still not knowing she was the "real deal".......Lucy.

"Lucy!" Someone called out to her midway though my session. I was happy for the break. THE Lucy, I thought....wow! Like Sean M. described in his review, the pain was sometimes intense and almost unbearable--she did ask throughout the session my pain threshold status, consoled my moans, but I knew it would be happy times when it was all over.

After a massage filled with intense acupressure, Thai-like massage, deep tissue, rack torture...just joking, I was a bag of muscles and bones.....please put me in a tub, Miss Lucy, I whispered.

There is a room with two tubs, so hubby also enjoyed a soak simultaneously--they do have a room divider, the tubs were lined with plastic. We got a tea soak, she showed us how to rub the large tea bag on our skin for mild exfoliation. There are lockers, one toilet/one shower steam room areas, one designated for men and one for women. Very modern and cleanly designed. You get robes and slippers. Much like any small boutique hotel spa or stand alone I've been to.

Lucy is amazing, I feel sorta bad for her technicians who work in her shadow, although hubby did say he had a phenomenal experience with Jessica. The place was spotless and smelled fresh. Each room I saw was simple, yet neat. The towels smelled fresh, nothing overpowering or millionth-wash funky. We were treated professionally but the spa felt welcoming, not at all less than that.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by what I found at Lucy's. I was greeted by a very nice woman in the lobby, who showed me to their MENS LOCKER ROOM. It had a very nice sauna and shower, and lockers to store your things. I changed out of my clothes and into a robe and found my massage room #3 quite easily. My therapist was very thorough. She told me that every muscle of my body was tight, I knew this cause I had been doing long hours in the salon. The massage was amazing her pressure was insane. I asked for medium to firm and she gave me just that. The price was fair, service was amazing, and the facilities were very clean.
